课外活动极为重要，并且在美国的高中生活中必不可少。从学校的俱乐部活动到假期的安排，学生需要找到自己的想到参与的项目并且申请。这并不是一件容易的事情，但是有经验的LEAP导师会帮助完成这个任务。

领导力 LEADERSHIP

在美国的教育体系中，领导力的培养是一个很被重视的内容。小到担任一个机器人俱乐部的小领导，大到自己寻找合伙人自己创办一家公司，每一个美高学生都需要体现自己的领导力。那么对于初来乍到的小留学生来说，如何体现领导力呢？不用担心，LEAP导师会帮助你的。毕竟，我们就是一家在美的初创公司。

MEET OUR TEAM

This is Eric Fang. He is probably the oldest amongst all. He graduated from Western Reserve Academy in 2012 and Vanderbilt in 2016. He has worked at Morgan Stanley and Accenture.

Advisor; Founder & CEO

This is Jake Dong. He graduated from the Webb Schools in 2012 and Northwestern in 2016. He also has a master's degree from Stanford and is now a data scientist.

Founder, Board Director

This is Angie Qu. She graduated from Concord Academy in 2012 and the Univesity of Pennsylvania in 2016. Angie is now a consultant at BCG.

Vice President, Marketing

This is Tracy Zhang. She graduated from Flintridge Academy in 2012 and Wake Forest University in 2016. She also has a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is working in the biotech industry now.

Vice President, Sales

This is Wen Zhang. He graduated from Culver Academy in 2012 and the University of Michigan in 2016. He also has a master's degree from Emory University.

Vice President, Customer Relations

This is Percey Chen. He graduated from the Northhampton School in 2014 and the University of California, Berkeley in 2018.
